Staff
We have high staff to child ratios in all areas of the nursery ensuring that each child receives individual attention and an easy transition through the classrooms. Each child is given the support of a personal key worker who provides continuity of care and a familiar face on each day at school. Our staff are experienced and highly qualified and maintain the ethos of the nursery.
Sue Butler and Linda Hodierne, joint owner and managers, have been working in Montessori education for over 22 years and have been running Tree Tops Pre School since 1991. They are in school every day, taking overall responsibility in the classrooms and baby unit. Both work with all of the children and develop many of the projects and activities in the classroom, they are the primary contact for parents.
