When we worked as Montessori teachers in a long established Montessori School little did we realise that more than 30 years later we would be running our own unique nursery in Leamington Spa embracing all the changes in nursery Education that have taken place but finding Montessori as relevant and exciting as ever. Such is our passion for Montessori that we are now an accredited Montessori teaching school which is a massive privilege.

We are involved in the nursery on a daily basis and give support to our excellent management team who share our vision to provide the best care and education possible for your children. Our highly qualified staff help us to continue to fulfil our reputation for high standards that has built up over many years.


Management Team

Kimberley, Amber and Sarah

Our manager, Kimberley, and her deputies, Amber and Sarah, lead their team of teachers, supervisors and practitioners and ensure that our children and parents are given individual care and attention in each area of the nursery.

They share and implement our vision for continuous improvement and ensure that all children are given every opportunity to reach their full potential in a happy, relaxed and fun environment. They set high expectations for all staff who in turn ensure that each child is motivated, stimulated and challenged to achieve the best possible outcomes.


Senior Staff

We are delighted that most of our senior staff, teachers and practitioners have been with us for many years and provide care and education that is exceptional. Staff prepare individual education plans for each child which supports them as they progress through the foundation stage. They work closely with parents and carers and create a stimulating environment where children can explore, investigate and grow in harmony with each other and the environment.


Junior Staff

Our juniors are fun, fresh and excited to learn. We work in partnership with local colleges and training agencies to give them the firm foundation necessary to gain recognised qualifications whilst simultaneously having practical experience working with the children.
